Maja Ingram

Maja was born and raised in North Macedonia and has called England, home for the past 20 years, having moved here with her British husband. Art runs deep in her family, and she has carried that same lifelong love, passion, and joy for painting since childhood. Now settled in beautiful Padstow with her family, Maja thoroughly enjoys her art classes, where she values the supportive, encouraging feedback from both her tutor and fellow artists. She feels privileged to be part of such a welcoming creative community while continuing to explore and share her artistic journey.

Style

Maja paints in acrylics, oils, and mixed media, inspired by the landscapes and seascapes nearby – especially Trevone, Harlyn Bay, and the surrounding beaches. She’s drawn to the beauty of the cliffs, the ever-changing light, and the raw energy of the North Cornwall coast.

Inspirations

Having always had an interest in art and with keen artists in my family  – inspiration has never been far away. Their creativity, along with the dramatic light and ever-changing moods of the North Cornwall coast where she lives, continually fuels her desire to capture moments of beauty on canvas and paper.
